First Course

Second Course

Little gem salad, manchego vinaigrette, croutons, shaved vegetables

Cured trout, market citrus, celery root puree, mint, radish

Third course

 Ricotta ravioli, red chard, mushrooms, caramelized onion, parmesan

Short ribs, potato gratin, roasted root vegetables, gremolata

Dessert

Chocolate pudding, espresso Chantilly, cocoa nibs
